* We will work together to create the kind of images you want. If you have ideas, poses, or props you wish to incorporate I will be more than happy to accommodate! However, if you are more the type to say, "pose me!" then I have plenty of ideas too.

* Newborn sessions should be done before the baby is 10 days old. Siblings allowed :)  Allow 3 hours for your newborn shoot. It is not as easy as it looks and we need to get those tiny fingers in just the right position, keep the baby's head still, and allow them time to feed, change, and cuddle. I will be positioning and occasionally soothing and holding your baby so feel free to sit back and take the opportunity to relax!

* Maternity Sessions should be done between 32 and 36 weeks. Husbands and children allowed :)

* A $50 deposit is required to hold your date. This is refundable up to two weeks before your session date. The remaining balance amount must be paid in full two weeks prior to your session date. Cancelling within two weeks of your session without rescheduling will result in nonrefundable deposit as it takes away from my availability and bookings.

* Checks can be made payable to Heather Petersheim. Sorry, I do not accept credit cards, however I do accept Paypal so you can pay with credit card if you have a Paypal account.

* Please do not bring extra people to your session without my knowledge.

* Outdoor shoots are typically and ideally done the hour before sundown,  the time changes as the seasons do.

* In case of inclement weather we will reschedule, no worries :)

* Additional mileage fee for more than a half hour outside of 19567 (Womelsdorf, PA)

* Photographs taken by Heather Petersheim Photography are property of Heather Petersheim and may be used on my website, social media, or advertising. If you wish for your images to remain private please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.
